Shipping and Delivery
All deliveries placed through the our website are processed and dispatched in the UK.
We offer two options for delivery:
1. Standard shipping – Dispatched within 2 working days.
2. Priority shipping – Dispatched next working day if your order is made by 5pm. This method of shipment does not mean actual delivery the next working but only dispatched as a priority the next working day after the order is made.
We dispatch items using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed. A signature upon delivery will be required and tracking is provided upon request.
Please Note: Delivery times below are based on working days and do not include weekends and bank holidays.
Royal Mail state that 1st Class Signed for delivery AIM is one working day (AIM being not guaranteed delivery in one day). Although orders usually arrive within the average time frame from time to time 1st Class Royal Mail can take around 7 to 10 days delivery at busy times. Again at busy periods such as Christmas with backlogs at postal offices delivery can sometimes take up to 10 to 12 days.
